Rx. Astragali Huang Qi 9-30g Tonifies Qi and Blood, strengthens the Spleen, raises the Yang Qi of the Spleen and Stomach, tonifies Wei Qi, stabilizes the Exterior, tonifies the Lungs and relieves numbness and pain.
With Dang Gui, for Qi and Blood Deficiency with chronic non-healing sores, numbness, painful obstruction and paresthesia.
With Gui Zhi, for Qi and Blood Deficiency and Ying and Wei Deficiency with numbness and painful obstruction of the musculature.
Rx. Glycyrrhizae Gan Cao 1.5-14g Tonifies the Spleen, augments Qi, moistens the Lungs, moderates and harmonizes the harsh properties of other herbs and guides the herbs to all twelve channels.

Rx. Rehmanniae Preparata Shu Di Huang 9-30g Nourishes Jing and Blood, fills the Marrow, and nourishes Liver and Kidney Yin.
With Dang Gui, for Blood Deficiency marked by dizziness, palpitations, insomnia and menstrual dysfunction.
Rx. Morindae Officinalis Ba Ji Tian 6-15g Tonifies the Kidneys, strengthens Yang, disperses Wind-Cold-Damp and strengthens the sinews and bones.
With Rou Cong Rong, tonifies Yang without injuring Yin.
Rx. Salviae Miltiorrhizae Dan Shen 3-15g Invigorates the Blood, dispels Blood Stasis, clears Heat, soothes irritability, cools the Blood and reduces abscesses.
With Dang Gui, Hong Hua and Chuan Xiong, for External or traumatic injury with pain and bruising.
Rx. Paeoniae Rubra Chi Shao 4.5-15g Invigorates the Blood, dispels Blood Stasis, relieves pain, clears Heat, cools the Blood, clears Liver Fire and reduces swelling from sores and abscesses.
With Chuan Xiong and Dang Gui, for abscesses, boils, and trauma induced pain.

Flos Carthami Hong Hua 3-10g Invigorates the Blood, dispels Blood Stasis, opens the channels, unblocks menstruation and alleviates pain.

Rx. Angelicae Sinensis Dang Gui 3-15g Tonifies, invigorates and harmonizes the Blood, disperses Cold, regulates the menses, reduces swelling, expels pus, generates flesh and alleviates pain.
With Huang Qi, for Qi and Blood Deficiency.
With Shu Di HUang, for Heat symptoms due to Yin Deficiency and Devastated Blood.
